My approach to wellness is holistic. Every individual is unique and should be approached accordingly. Just as you are unique, so are your needs, and there is no one “diet” or doctrine that works well for everyone. Well, there are a few, such as “Eat real food” and “be true to yourself”!

There are many misconceptions about food, fats, supplements, and special “diets”. I will help you to discover what works for you, and to dispel certain myths about food and digestion. Because physical health is connected with other aspects of your being, I work holistically on the levels of body, mind, and spirit, to help you to achieve your goals.


First 90-minute session: $125
Follow-up sessions: $75/hour.
Depending upon each individual’s situation and goals, sometimes half-hour follow-up sessions are adequate ($40 each).
